Yes. Our product photos represent the actual items we manufacture. Slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to the rotational moulding process, but the specifications and quality will match what you see.
If you ordered via WhatsApp, your receipt is included in the chat thread. For in-person purchases, a printed receipt is issued at the factory. If you need a copy, contact us with your order details and we will resend it.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Contact us first with photos and your order details so we can assess and arrange a replacement or refund.
Yes, most items are restocked regularly. If a product is marked out of stock, message us on WhatsApp and we will let you know the expected restock date or suggest a similar alternative.
We deliver nationwide across Kenya. Delivery costs depend on the size and quantity of your order and your destination. Provide your delivery address when ordering and we will confirm the cost and timeline.
