For custom products, the final item is manufactured to the specifications we agree on. Any reference image is used as a guide; the finished product will match the approved design and dimensions we confirm with you before production begins.
Timelines depend on complexity and tooling requirements. Simple customisations can take 2–4 weeks; new moulds may take longer. We confirm the exact timeline in your quotation after reviewing your requirements.
Minimum quantities vary by product and tooling. For many custom items we can accommodate small initial runs; for new moulds, a higher minimum may apply to make the tooling viable. We’ll advise you clearly during the quotation stage.
